Billy Moustakas and Lana Manetto grew up in this kitchen. Over 50 years later, they're still here — and the food still shows it.

Meet the team

Cannot say enough. Lana and Billy run a 5 star diner. The barolo braised short ribs over mashed potatoes and vegetables could win a prize. Together with the french onion soup and life is good. I just sampled the strawberry cheesecake and the oreo cheesecake and wow. But the blackout cake is another award winner. Good job Matt and Jason as well.

We love this diner and come here often. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is so nice and attentive. My favorite dish is the Norwegian Benny, eggs Benedict with smoked salmon - delicious!

5 stars all around. Our server, Mike?, was very attentive and personable. Had great recommendations as we were running into the (good) problem that everything on the menu sounding delicious. Had the steak panini and the beef sandwich with au jus and would highly recommend both! The atmosphere was clean, inviting, cozy, and visually appealing. Would love to come back if we are in the Freeport area again!

I came here for brunch. The diner itself has a very cool vibe. If you're looking to watch any kind of sports, they have plenty of TVs by the bar to watch. Very family friendly and plenty of parking by the diner.

A second review. Great service by an absolutely adorable waiter. Lots of parking. Clean pleasant atmosphere. Lamb gyro was delicious and the iconic pickle and coleslaw dish was so yummy. One of us ordered a Belgian waffle and ice cream and was delighted. She had pink lemonade and finished every drop. I had a bagel all the way. Lox was perfect and the cream cheese and capers made me happy.
